When is Amazon Prime Day 2024? Dates, deals and what to know about summer sales event

Amazon's 10th Prime Day event takes place this week and promises millions of deals across more than 35 categories, including electronics, kitche n, apparel and beauty.

The two-day summer sales event officially starts at 12:01 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, July 16 and runs through Wednesday, July 17, according to the company, but Prime members have access to early savings.

Certain brands such as Nordic Track, Poppi Prebiotic Sodas, and Hatch are already offering deals for the event, and certain influencers started dropping deals on various products on July 8.

“Prime Day is a celebration of the value we bring to members all year long, and features millions of deals across more than 35 product categories as well as discounts on Amazon Devices, quality entertainment, groceries, travel, and more during the event,” said Jamil Ghani, vice president of Amazon Prime, in a news release.
